Behavior Therapist/Consultants/Interventionists and Early Interventionists/Specialists are responsible for the direct one-on-one treatment of each client. Behavior Consultants/Therapist/Interventionists continuously assesses clients' progress and work with Program Directors and Program Managers to create effective treatment plans. Behavior Therapist/Consultants/Interventionists and Early Interventionists/Specialists provides direct 1:1 treatment to clients, implementing program curriculum to obtain each treatment target and outcome.
Occupational Therapists focuses on performance related to tasks of daily living and fine motor skills such as appropriate play and interaction, and motor, sensory, and learning skills. Occupational Therapists work directly with individuals and families in order to develop practical skills for activities of daily living with the purpose of fostering independence. Occupational Therapists assist in the creation of treatment plans and interventions to help respond appropriately to information coming through the senses.
Program Managers hold the responsibility for developing individualized treatment programs. Program Managers assess treatment progress to create treatment plans, provide training on objectives, intervention plans, and recommendations for comprehensive goals to be implemented by direct service staff. Program Managers monitor the program’s curriculum, review data, all while providing parent training and consultation, conduct annual program review, and provide on-going supervision of each case.
Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP) facilitate the ability to enhance communication development through consultation and education. SLP provide training to family members about the importance and value of early communication development and intervention, and the family's role in the client's communication development. SLP provide consultation and education to families, professionals, and agency representatives on the communication function of challenging behaviors, collaborate with all team members, and helps develop IFSPs, reports and assessments.
Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Marriage, Family Therapists and Clinical Psychologists oversees various programs, supervise doctoral, MFT and MSW interns and provide supervision for all team members. Licensed Clinicians oversee and conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations program. Licensed Psychologists train qualified staff members on psychological testing and evaluations. Licensed Clinicians ensure all legal and ethical expectations are integrated into treatment.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) conduct assessments, testing, and analyze available data to help determine problem behaviors and analyze data to determine the functions of the problem behaviors. BCBA's work with direct service staff to identify all target behaviors in objective and measurable terms. BCBAs also design appropriate data collection systems to measure target behaviors in order to ensure behavior support plans addresses the functions of the problem behaviors. BCBAs train staff and family members directly on the implementation of the behavior support plan.
