BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION

BABC's  Behavioral Management Consultation program is intended to reduce, eliminate and/or prevent the occurrence of maladaptive behaviors posing health and safety risks and impede in daily activities. We offer training and support to various settings and professionals to create programs that help individuals make positive choices and increase positive and functional skills.

BABC's Behavioral Management Consultation provides direct training and consultation to service providers with intervention and strategies necessary to manage and modify difficult behaviors, while teaching functionally related replacement skills. 

Our individualized treatment plan within our Behavioral Management Consultation program utilizes evidence-based interventions with measurable goals. The treatment plan includes a functional behavior support plan addressing each target behavior with specific interventions and how these interventions will be addressed and implemented. 

BABC provide Behavior Management Consultation to Residential Services, Group Homes, Schools, and other Community Settings to provide direct supervision, training  and special services implementing the program design and achieving the objectives per each Individual Program Plan (IPP).
